The challenge here is which feature, which side. The rock cairn gives the hint as to where the viewing station is. You must determine which boulders are mapped and which are not. The hint is that the circled boulder is below the contour line, and therefore is likely to be (and is) behind the spur and down out of sight, especially from wheel chair height.
